Nomade Application Privacy Policy

Terms relating to the protection of personal information and access to documents.

Depending on the context, the term “Nomade” used below refers to both the software and the mobile application.

    The personal and confidential information you provide when creating your profile and opening your account on the client’s server is used exclusively to record time spent on worksites.

    We collect your personal information directly from you or through your employer, who uses it to gather information related to worksite activities.

    ACCEO ICC Construction is committed to maintaining the highest level of confidentiality.
    No personal information about you, nor any collected data, will be disclosed or sold to third parties.

    No personal data is stored in the Nomade application.
  5. Automatic Data Exchange on Nomade
    Data is exchanged automatically with the employer’s server or according to requests made by the employer.
